Salem Family Photographer | Family Time in B&W
Once upon a time there was an adorable family.
They lived together, worked together, and played together.
The smiled and laughed. A lot.
They snuggled and kissed and loved each other with all their hearts.
I met up with this awesome family at their amazing office in downtown Salem.
And ate some snacks...
And gave smooches...
If you are interested in an all black & white photo session, they are currently available at a discounted rate. Please contact me for details.

Salem Family Photographer | Beautiful Mom Surrounded By Boys.
I loved photographing this blended family.
One might expect all these boys to be difficult.
Nope! Not at all.
They were all very cooperative (and handsome)!

Salem Family Photographer | Little Dude and Family
Had a fun holiday mini session with this family.
It was raining, but the session was still a success.
We simply found cover under trees and a bridge.
{If you recognize this mama, it's because she's one of my make up
artists, as well as a part time assistant for portrait sessions.}

Me & My Baby.
A little behind in blogging, but these were taken a
few months ago, when I visited New Mexico.
I had a mild heart attack when my friend's husband picked up my (oh so very expensive) camera, but he got this shot, so I decided that I did not care. Nope, not one little bit.

My friend, Kate, took this shot of me.
Yes, there is a similar shot of her, as I was snapping at the same time.

What to Wear | Casual Teen
I'm often asked what clients should wear for their portrait sessions. This year I am making styling a much bigger part of my full service photography.
So...
What should you wear?
The answers are endless, but if I had to narrow it down to one little blurb, I would say, "Be true to yourself, but look more polished than usual. Regardless of the season wear layers and combine textures and don't forget to accessorize!"
Here is an example of a great outfit for a teenager or young adult. It's casual and simple, but still stylish and a bit edgy. The scarf adds a lot of interest to this outfit too, which is why accessories are so important!
This entire outfit was found online at Oldnavy.com
